We offer full refund and/or exchange within the first 7 days. If 7 days has passed since your purchase, you will not be qualified for a refund and /or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for full refund

1) Your item must be unused and in the same condition that the product was received in order to get full refunds.

2) The item must be in its original packaging.

3) To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

4) To complete your return, pictures and videos of the products purchased are required.

EXCHANGES

We can send a new item for free and replace the product if this is the buyer’s preference. In this event, the buyer will only cover the cost of shipping if the product has already reached destination country.

a) You will be responsible for shipping fees for returning your item.

b) Depending on where you live, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

c) Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund as this cost is non-refundable.

d) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to you, within 7 business working days.
