Terms and Conditions - Sunny Axis Global

Please take note of the following terms and conditions

1) In consideration of the provision of the services by the company, Sunnysidetea Limited, The Buyer shall make a deposit of the sum of $12 (Twelve dollars) non-refundable fee. This fee shall cover the search of products to the point of sending a quotation. In the event that The Buyer rejects products that has already been search for, the $12 (Twelve dollars) fee shall not be refundable. In the case of purchase by The Buyer, the said fee of $12 (Twelve dollars) shall be added to the general service fee.

However, in instances where the Buyer’s total purchase fee is below $200 (Two hundred dollars), the $12 (Twelve dollars) is to be paid separately from the total service charge and remains non-refundable

2) Fees shall be charged on the following terms:
I. A service fee of $100 (One Hundred Dollars) applies for products below $500 (Five Hundred Dollars).
II. The Buyer shall be charged 10% procurement fees for products above $500 (Five Hundred Dollars).
III. The Buyer shall be charged 25% procurement fees for products below $200 (Two Hundred Dollars).
IV. The 10% referred to in paragraph (II) above is 10% of the total purchase price.
V. The 25% referred to in paragraph (III) above is 25% of the total purchase price, and in this case is to be paid separate from the commitment fee.
VI. Sunnysidetea Limited shall charge $13 per link for product links
VII. Sunnysidetea Limited shall charge $15 per day for storage and consolidation

3) Searches for each product shall take a time frame of 7 – 14 working days.
4. Sunnysidetea Limited shall ensure that it undertakes to update the purchaser regularly during the search period.
5. It is agreed that after conclusion of the product search, Sunnysidetea Limited shall send quotation to The Buyer. Upon acceptance of the quotation, payment shall be made and product purchase shall begin after payment is confirmed.
6. Products shall be delivered from the factory within three (3) working days.
This is subject to changes during Covid-19 period or any form of related pandemic. Sunnysidetea Limited shall update The Buyer regularly as to delivery time frame during the pandemic.
7. Shipment shall be processed as soon as products have been purchased and the Buyer is satisfied with the quality and quantity of products

8) There shall be a five (5) change period for product changes or adjustments from the time of purchase before shipping out to the Buyer in case of damages or mistakes from the factory.
9. Sunnysidetea Limited shall not be liable for returns or damages reimbursement procured after product confirmation by The Buyer.
10. Shipping arrangement shall be as follows:
I. Shipping via Air shall take 7-14 days and is measured per KG.
II. Shipping via sea shall take 1-3 months and is measured by CMB (Cubic Meter).
III. During special times such as Covid-19 or any other related pandemic, changes shall be made as to shipping time subject to Government regulations.
IV. I and II above are subject to the normal stipulated time frame for shipments via Air and sea
